- Inspire and educate: Share your expertise on travel destinations and attractions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Engage and collaborate: Participate in training sessions and team meetings, contributing your insights and leadership to the broader team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: A strong desire to build and grow your own business within the travel industry.
- Leadership qualities: Ability to guide and influence clients, with a vision for creating exceptional travel experiences.
- Residency/Citizenship: Must reside in or hold citizenship in one of the following countries: US, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Panama, Peru, or Spain.
- Self-motivated: A proactive attitude with the drive to succeed independently.
- Travel experience: Beneficial but not required; a passion for travel is a must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: Essential for building client relationships and closing sales.
- Technology-savvy: Reliable internet connection, computer, and/or smartphone with the ability to leverage digital tools for business growth.
- Time management and multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients efficiently, ensuring attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
